Tasks
- Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and expand GENZ4GTM's presence in the UK market, leveraging local insights and expertise.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers, to foster business growth and enhance brand visibility.
- Lead recruitment initiatives by identifying, attracting, and engaging top Gen Z talent for go-to-market roles within client organizations, ensuring alignment with their culture and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to tailor GENZ4GTM's service offerings to meet the specific needs of the UK market.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the staffing and recruiting industry, with a focus on go-to-market functions.
- Demonstrated understanding of the UK market dynamics and experience working with UK-based companies.
