Tasks

  • Reach out to potential clients via email and phone to introduce them to our recruiting services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining if they are a good fit for our services.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our account managers to further discuss partnership opportunities.
  • Keep detailed records of communication with prospects in our CRM system to ensure follow-up actions are taken.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for building relationships over the phone and email.
