Tasks
As Sales Manager Medical Nutrition your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Collaborating with the Go-To-Market team to develop the Medical Nutrition business area.
- Develop and execute account plans for assigned and new customers.
- Manage all aspects of the selling process.
- Establish and oversee sales budget.
- Collaborating with the Swedish Good Manufacturing Practices team to address client issues and change control projects.
- Coordinating with relevant internal cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are effectively addressed.
- Ensure close dialogue with our ourcing & Trading and Production planning to develop contingency plans for raw materials.
- Internal coordination regarding Swedish Medical Agency and customer requested plant-audits.
- Close dialog with demand planning and production to optimize operation efficiency.
- Build customer project pipeline in collaboration with the Go-To-Market team to support growth, with the responsibility to ensure progress:
- Develop new customers to achieve growth ambitions.
- Gather and report market information to key stakeholders.
- Build strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Experience with medical nutrition.
- A degree in Nutrition, Pharma, Microbiology, Food, Life Science, or equivalent.
- Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, from similar businesses.
- Knowledge of EU Good Manufacturing Practice and the regulations that govern it.
- Commercial or technical experience from companies within pharmaceuticals, medical nutrition ingredients or alike, is valued.
- Ability to conclude and secure business contracts and experience in negotiating agreements.
- Solution oriented with an innovative mindset.
- Good ability to work cross functional.

- Fluent in writing and spoken English, having some knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
