Gecko Events is a boutique agency specialising in corporate events: company retreats, team buildings, workshops and celebrations. We work with international clients and take care of every detail of the experience.

Tasks

What you would do

  • Prepare client proposals and event concepts with creativity and attention to detail
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers, venues and activity partners
  • Support pre-event logistics and operations from start to finish
  • Coordinate on-site during events and assist groups in person
  • Capture content for social media and marketing
  • Contribute to prospecting and outreach to potential clients
  • Help bring projects to life, from the briefing stage to execution day

Requirements

What we are looking for

  • Experience in events, tourism or hospitality
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and able to solve problems on the spot
  • Calm under pressure and reliable when it matters most
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus)
  • Flexible availability
