We want you to get to know our players’ behavior and drive our CRM KPIs regarding engagement, retention, and monetization together with your team. ## Tasks

**Your tasks**

*   Support our **CRM Team** to enrich GameDuell’s relationship with our players across multiple mobile apps
*   Support our CRM team in **managing and optimizing CRM lifecycle communication utilizing several different channels** (e.g., push notifications, in-app messages, and inbox messages)
*   Take part with the CRM Managers in the planning, building, and measuring of the effectiveness of our **Live-Ops campaigns**
*   **Use data analysis to run tests and optimize campaigns together with our CRM Managers**
*   Help build **new and appealing CRM content** by applying your **creativity**
*   Work together with **different teams across the company** including product management, analytics, and art

## Requirements

**What we expect**

*   You are **currently enrolled as a student in Berlin or Brandenburg** in **business, marketing, communications**, or other related studies
*   Availability for **at least six months, 15 – 20 hours per week**
*   **A marketing mindset** and **excellent communication skills**
*   **Good analytical skills** and a **data-driven approach** to support our CRM team in solving problems
*   **Creative style** and a **hands-on mentality**
*   Not afraid to **take ownership and work independently** on the operative tasks
*   **Fluent in English** – written and spoken. German would be a plus
*   Good understanding of **Microsoft Office** (especially Microsoft Excel)
*   Basic knowledge of online and mobile games is a plus
