UniKitOut is our student-focused platform, allowing students to pre-order essential move-in packs delivered directly to their university accommodation before arrival. This is the primary brand this role will support.

noah is our creative gifting brand, offering all-in-one craft kits ideal for anyone looking to relax, pick up a new skill, or send a thoughtful, hands-on gift.

Coze is our premium linen brand, providing beautifully designed bedding and bath products that combine everyday comfort with contract-grade durability.

Requirements

Due to Maternity leave, we’re looking to recruit a proactive and organised team member to support a wide range of marketing and administrative activities across our brands: UniKitOut, Coze, and noah.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Support: Plan, schedule, and post content across multiple brand channels, including reel creation and caption writing.
  • Partnership Support: Assist with communication and coordination for our University and Accommodation partners.
  • E-Marketing Assistance: Compile and upload data lists, manage bounce-back and lead reports.
  • Event Preparation: Support planning and logistics for key industry events such as ASRA and CUBO.
  • General Administration: Provide admin support across departments as needed.
  • Customer Service: Assist with handling enquiries and maintaining a high level of service.
  • Reporting & Data: Distribute monthly commission reports & data.

Hours:

Mon-Thurs: 9.15am-5.30pm

Fri: 9.15am-4.00pm

This is a fast-paced and varied position..

Position Start Date:

1st July 2025

At least one year of experience in administration and marketing, or relevant qualification is preferred.

Salary Range: London Living Wage
