**fulfin is revolutionizing how online SMEs finance their growth.**

Young and fast-growing online businesses do not have reliable access to working capital, which prevents them from realizing their full growth potential. Online companies struggle to get financing from banks because the banks don't understand ecommerce. fulfin solves this problem by supporting ecommerce companies with fast, flexible and fair financing and providing tools to helping them make better financial decisions. In doing so, we accelerate the companies' growth so they can get back to what they do best: Selling online.

**To continue our strong growth, we are looking for a Head of Product (m/f/d) for our location in Munich.**

## Tasks

*   **VISION & STRATEGY** You work together with our founders and the management to develop our strategic direction and product strategy and you act as an interface between tech and business.
*   **SUCCESS** Your vision, your strategic approach and your innovative ideas make you capable to manage not only the big picture. You love to support your team and to celebrate sustainable successes together with them.
*   **TECHNOLOGY** You define functional and technical requirements, take on the prioritization and implementation of exciting features and are responsible for the entire product life cycle of our fulfin user app, our credit management system and our engine risk assessment.
*   **GROWTH** You design, manage and develop our young and dynamically growing team of product managers and developers and create the scaling for the necessary framework.

## Requirements

*   **PASSION & EXPERIENCE** Technology is your passion and based on your experience you know what is essential in the strategic development of digital products.
*   **LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT** You have significant leadership experience in a senior product role having previously built and managed a product and tech team and you have the dream to realize a technical vision into practice in the FinTech area. You face perspectives and you want to make things big together with us.
*   **FINTECH & DIGITAL PRODUCTS** At best you have experience in FinTech and are familiar with B2B SAAS applications.
*   **HANDS ON** You are a hands-on product leader capable of working at the strategic level, but also to roll up your sleeves and implement the tools needed to do the job and to creates real customer benefits.
*   **BILINGUAL** Fluent written and spoken German and English (C1/C2) complete your profile.
