About Us: SEO needs love, not just algorithms. SearchneedsLOVE (SNL) is not your typical tech company. We are the world's first empathic SEO assistant. Our mission: A digital world where every good website is visible – regardless of budget. We replace technical jargon with clear, loving action steps. We are growing fast and are not looking for cogs in the machine, but for co-creators.
Your Application – The "Story-Check": Forget the cover letter. Send us your CV/LinkedIn link and answer only this question (Text, Audio, or Video):
"Tell us about a moment in your work life that brings a smile to your face – or a project that went completely wrong. What did you learn from it?"

Tasks

Your Mission (Team: Growth & International):

Be the Hunter & Pioneer: You are the first point of contact for the US market. You identify, approach, and win over high-impact affiliate partners (bloggers, influencers, agencies) who share our vision of empathic SEO. You don’t just close deals; you start movements.

Build & Nurture: While your initial focus is on hunting new opportunities, you will transition into a "Farmer" role over time, nurturing these relationships into long-term success stories.

Embrace Trial & Error: You work in an environment that celebrates learning. We prefer a brave experiment that fails over doing nothing at all.

Freedom to Grow: You have the freedom to develop internally. If you wish, you can switch to other areas of responsibility or teams later on.

Requirements

What you bring to the table (Qualifications):

Hunter Mentality with Heart: You love the thrill of the chase and opening new doors, but you understand that sustainable partnerships are built on trust, not pressure.

Native-Level English: You don't just speak the language; you understand the cultural nuances of the US market.

Tech Agility: We use various systems and tools. You don't need to know a specific stack, but you should be tech-savvy and able to adapt to new software quickly.

Resilience & Curiosity: Rejection doesn't scare you; it motivates you to find a better angle. You are eager to learn and adapt quickly.

Remote-Ready: You are organized, self-driven, and comfortable working with colleagues across different time zones.

Benefits

Your Benefits (Because life is more important than 9-to-5): We know you have a private life. That's why our culture is based on results, not presence.

NO to 9-to-5: Results count, not clocked hours. Perfect for balancing work with your local time zone.

Fully Remote: Work from wherever you are most productive – whether that's in the US, Europe, or anywhere else (as long as you can cover the core US market hours).

Attractive Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE) based on performance.

Financial Ownership: Attractive employee participation program (ESOP/VSOP) – become a co-entrepreneur.

Top-Notch Equipment: Company laptop, mobile phone, and professional home office setup (also for private use).

Benefit Platform: Vouchers, subsidies, or mobility support – tiered by tenure.

Team Events: Regular events that weld us together as a unit, virtually and in real life.

Your Application – The "Story-Check": Forget the cover letter. Send us your CV/LinkedIn link and answer only this question (Text, Audio, or Video):
"Tell us about a moment in your work life that brings a smile to your face – or a project that went completely wrong. What did you learn from it?"
