Foundamental is a digital-first venture capital firm that invests in the next big breakthroughs in the construction sector. We not only look to invest in the boldest and brightest in construction but also want them on our team.

We are offering an internship as a **full stack developer** that supports our App-development, µServices and DevOps. You will be given the opportunity to work on all our digital products end-to-end. 

In our international team, communication is key! Foundamental consists of people from all around the world, which gives us a unique perspective to invest and find solutions. So good English proficiency and EQ are key.

## Requirements

*   Schengen Only: We unfortunately cannot sponsor Visas at this point, so be sure that you can work in the EU.
*   **TypeScript** reigns supreme when it comes to App development: Our app **Loura** runs on **NextJs**. Our API runs on **NestJs**, communicating via **GraphQL**.
*   **Python** is our main workhorse for most other backend services and all data science projects.
*   When it comes to **databases** we are an experimental bunch. We use **Sql** and **NoSql** in parallel, depending on what works best for the task at hand. Our latest addition to the club is the newly released **EdgeDB**.
*   **Docker** by default! All our digital services get dockerized and run in our \*\*Kubernetes-\*\*cluster.
