## Your role

As an Intern Operations Intelligence & Planning you will be working closely with the OPS Management team by contributing to informed business steering decisions, help the teams to understand performance drivers and turn numbers into actionable insights.

## You will

* Extracting meaningful insights from data and delivering results through dashboards, reports, or one-off analyses
* Securing high data quality and on time reporting & maintenance of the existing operational KPIs and metrics
* Developing Key Performance Indicators for our Operations team
* Building and maintaining value-adding dashboards to continuously support the Operations team
* Presenting actionable insights using strong data visualization and communication best practices, highlighting the "so-whats" of the analyses to help your stakeholders make the right data-driven decisions
* Maintaining of the incentivisation scheme for our Operations Managers and teams

## What you bring

* You show excellent analytical and data presentation skills (data collection, modeling, analytics, scenarios, presentation of findings).
* You have worked with SQL and Python or are excited to learn
* You are detail-focused in combination with managerial judgment.
* You are highly self-motivated and have the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
* You have an advanced understanding of statistics, using statistical concepts in testing, forecasting and modeling
* Good knowledge of Operations processes and tools, experience in using Microsoft Office or Google Suite (especially Excel/Google Sheets or Slides/Powerpoint)
* Logistics knowledge as a plus
* You are business fluent in English and German would be a plus
