__Your Role__ 

As __Sales Development Representative (f/m/d),__ you will approach customers first, identify their problems and convince them of our solutions and products. Consequently you play an instrumental role in building a strong pipeline and thus enabling our sales team to deliver on our ambitious growth targets. 
## You will

* Win new business through a variety of prospecting opportunities to ensure the growth of our customer portfolio
* Support our Field Sales Managers in maturing leads and the overall customer pipeline
* Help our customers to achieve their success through your daily business
* Act as the first contact person and the business card of Forto
* Strategize our Go To Market strategy and constantly find new ways to drive Forto’s business forward

## What you bring

* 1+ years experience in the freight forwarding / logistics industry - preferably from a customer facing role
* You feel comfortable in customer meetings
* You are able to captivate people through outstanding communication skills
* An analytical mindset and have the drive to continuously improve and develop yourself
* Highly motivated with a can-do attitude, ready to work in a fast-paced environment
* Fluency in Dutch & English
