**Your Role**  
  
As Chief of Staff Product Management reporting to the VP product, you are in charge of driving Forto’s TECH organization forward to achieve our ambitions of growth, excellence and customer satisfaction.  

You will
--------

*   Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads
*   Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
*   Drive and orchestrate top-management reporting for TECH mgmt, C-Level as well as investors
*   Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
*   Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
*   Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, planning and coordinating company meetings, and scheduling facilities
*   Assist with building a world-class TECH team, by closely collaborating with all TECH hiring managers, the people & culture team and supporting key processes like recruiting and onboarding of employees.

What you bring
--------------

*   Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
*   5+ years in a business management or executive management role. 
*   Proven experience organizing multiple teams and departments
*   Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
*   Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficiency and productivity
*   Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
*   Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental and top-management communication
*   Preferred: Experience with data analysis
*   Preferred: Consulting experience and/or Entrepreneurial experience.
*   Preferred: Proven success in a project coordination role
*   Preferred: Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
*   You are fluent in English, fluency in Germany is a big plus
