Hey cheese lovers!
We’re looking for an enthusiastic all-rounder to join our Fondue Villa team as a full-time team leader. Are you ready to take charge of the day-to-day operations of our cozy cheese paradise? Then we might have the perfect job for you!
Tasks
What will you do?
- You’ll be on the floor full-time, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable fondue experience.
- You’ll keep an eye on the quality of our food and service (and of course, regularly taste to make sure the cheese is still delicious 😉).
- You’ll create schedules and ensure we always have enough hands in the service & kitchen.
- You’ll manage inventory, order supplies on time, and pick them up (because without cheese, there’s no fondue!).
- You’ll coach our team of cheese lovers and ensure everyone enjoys their work.
- You’ll find the perfect balance between quantity and quality, making sure every guest has a fantastic cheesy time.
Requirements
Who are you?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in hospitality.
- You have experience as a leader in the hospitality industry.
- You understand that we are an experience restaurant where guests are not just a number but deserve an unforgettable time.
- You know how to keep a restaurant running smoothly.
- You’re a true team player who knows how to bring out the best in people.
- You’re flexible, stress-resistant, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
- You speak fluent English and preferably a bit of German too.
- And of course: you love cheese! 🧀
