• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their personal growth needs and aligning FlexUp's services to meet those goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience through regular communication and providing personalized support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor immersive online courses and transformational retreats that align with client objectives and enhance their personal development journey.
• Monitor client progress and satisfaction, utilizing feedback to refine service delivery and enhance client outcomes.
• Lead workshops and webinars to educate and inspire clients, fostering a community of ambitious professionals dedicated to personal and professional growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in client relationship management, preferably in the personal development or marketing services industry.
• Proven track record of helping clients achieve their goals through personalized strategies and support.
