**Pharma | Legal Counsel | Zurich & Remote | 3-6 months | 100% | Mar. 2024 | CHF 130'000+**

## Tasks

**Responsibilities:**

*   Act as a Legal Advisor, offering support across various domains to meet EU business demands. 
*   Handle the management, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements while upholding standardized templates. 
*   Provide legal assistance concerning pharmaceutical, regulatory, competition law, and litigation matters.
*   Contribute legal perspectives to regional and corporate initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulations.
*   Conduct legal training sessions to deepen internal teams' grasp of legal obligations.

## Requirements

**Experience:**

*   Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein 
*   Completed legal degree (lic. iur. / MLaw) 
*   At least 3 years of PQE as a legal counsel in the pharma sector  
*   Fluency in German and English, other languages are an asset
*   Demonstrate familiarity with EU and German pharmaceutical laws and commercial law
