We are looking for a Retail Sales & Trade Marketing Intern (tirocinio curriculare) to support the development and execution of our retail strategy in Italy. You will work closely with the Key Account Manager, supporting the day-to-day management of our retail presence in physical points of sale such as beauty stores, perfumeries, and other beauty retailers.
You will contribute to trade marketing activities, in-store execution, and retail performance analysis, gaining hands-on exposure to how a beauty brand is sold, activated, and scaled in physical retail - from product launch to shelf presence, promotions, and sales performance.

- Hybrid: smart-working + 2 days per week in our Milan office (Romolo – green metro line)

- Support the management of existing retail accounts, including order follow-ups, documentation management, and operational check-ins
- Assist in day-to-day communication with retail partners to ensure smooth coordination of merchandising and promotional activities
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of trade marketing initiatives across different retail channels
- Coordinate in-store promotional activities, GWP, tester and POS materials
- Conduct in-store visits to assess product placement, visibility, merchandising compliance, collect qualitative feedback from stores and train sales staff
- Prepare monthly reports, including sell-in/sell-out analysis and insights on retail performance
- Collect, organize, and maintain retail-related documentation and reports (accounts, promotions, materials)
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance Fler’s retail and distribution strategies
Requisiti
- Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, or related fields, eligible for a curricular internship through University
- Strong interest in retail sales, trade marketing, and the beauty/consumer goods industry
- Solid knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with Notion is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with numbers, reports, and spreadsheets
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on self-starter who is comfortable with fast turnarounds and tight timelines
