We are looking for a E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Intern to support our daily e-commerce operations and performance marketing activities. You will help manage and optimize product catalogs across our website, Amazon, and marketplaces, assist in launching and monitoring paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok), and prepare reports to track performance. You’ll also contribute to competitor analysis, funnel improvements, and audience targeting, working closely with design, tech, CRM, and social teams.

Attività
- Maintain, update and opimize product catalogs on our e-commerce, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
- Assist in managing daily operations, including orders, warehouse flows, discounts, and promotions.
- Monitor product availability, troubleshoot listing issues, and ensure accurate marketplace content.
- Conduct competitors scans across advertising and e-commerce to identify growth opportunities and best practices.
- Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels).
- Track campaign performance metrics, prepare weekly reports and dashboards, and highlight optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with design and tech teams to implement landing page improvements and enhance user experience.
- Support audience segmentation, targeting, and remarketing initiatives.
- Work closely with CRM, social media, and trade marketing teams to align acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
- Support Customer Care team: you won’t handle direct service, but you’ll learn the processes to assist the team on the e-commerce side.
Requisiti
- Degree (or ongoing studies) in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest in performance marketing, growth strategies, and digital experimentation.
- Analytical mindset with confidence in working with numbers, KPIs, and spreadsheets.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to test new ideas while learning from results.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and experiments at once.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok/Google Ads, and CRO tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
- Interest in exploring how AI can support day-to-day activities in both e-commerce operations and advertising.
