## Job description

We are currently looking for a Customer Onboarding Team Lead who will be responsible for managing and improving the overall onboarding experience for our Institutional and Private Customers. As a team leader, you will partner with customer-facing teams, scale up the team and project lead new initiatives. In this role, you will also ensure a seamless account implementation managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously, while driving continuous improvement to the overall team and processes.

* You will take complete ownership of Finoa’s onboarding customer journey and function, making a noticeable impact on quality performance metrics and KPIs.
* You will lead strategic initiatives and pilots across the department, set priorities, and build an improved team structure that continues to evolve and grow with our business.
* You will build, develop, and lead a highly responsive team and empower it to deliver an exceptional customer onboarding experience.
* You will continually reassess the operational processes considering changes to internal, legal, and regulatory requirements, procedures and practices, and the impact of new tools and technologies.
* You will identify new opportunities to improve our process and create more measurability and scalability to deliver a consistent onboarding experience.
* You will maximize customer engagements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful and long-term customer engagement.
* You will think holistically about Finoa’s success by conducting performance reviews, motivating team members, creating strategies to boost productivity, and overall assessing how your team can contribute to the success of the company.

## Requirements

* You have 5+ years of experience leading onboarding, implementation, or project management teams within the banking and/or FinTech industry. Previous startup experience is a strong plus.
* Experience in building and managing high-performing teams is highly desirable.
* You have experience defining strategies, building processes, metrics, and KPIs while having accountability for program success.
* You can prioritize projects and deliver on both tactical objectives and long-term initiatives.
* You have effective leadership skills with a proven ability to build, inspire, and motivate teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* You have professional experience or strong personal interest in crypto, FinTech and financial markets.  

* Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience managing key relationships with important external and internal stakeholders.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a strong plus.
* Experience dealing with ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment.
