We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to improve how we use data across marketing, sales, customer success, product, and billing.
Your main responsibility is to understand how our revenue processes perform and why results change. You will define metrics, combine data from different systems, investigate patterns, and test assumptions.
Your analyses should lead to measurable improvements. This may involve a better decision, a change to an existing process, or an automation that removes manual work and improves reliability.
Reporting and dashboards are part of the role, but they are not the objective. Each analysis should answer a relevant business question and provide a clear basis for the next decision.
You will also implement selected solutions, including data models, dashboards, and automations. Analysis remains the main focus. Implementation follows when the expected impact and method of measurement are clear.
Previous professional experience is useful but not required. We value analytical judgement, accuracy, technical understanding, and the ability to learn.
What We Offer:
Clear Responsibilities and Support:
You’ll always know what’s expected of you, and you’ll work in an environment where mistakes are seen as valuable opportunities to learn.
A Shared Commitment to Outstanding Results:
Our team is passionate about achieving excellence and values your contribution as an essential part of our success. Together, we accomplish great things.
Personal Growth and Ownership:
We encourage self-motivation and personal accountability, empowering you to deliver exceptional results.
Dynamic Feedback for Continuous Learning:
You’ll receive direct and timely feedback, enabling you to adapt quickly to change and continuously improve.
Open Communication and Professional Development:
We foster open communication and actively support your personal and professional growth.
A Results-Driven Mindset Focused on Company Success:
Our goal is to achieve results that move the company forward. Your commitment to our shared success is highly valued.
Team Days, Summer Parties, and Christmas Celebrations: Regular events that strengthen team spirit and make work more enjoyable.
Corporate Benefits: Enjoy a range of employee discounts and perks.
Dog-Friendly Workplace: Bring your four-legged friend to work.
Bike Leasing: Take advantage of our bike leasing program for a greener and healthier commute.
You will not receive a fixed list of reports to produce. You are expected to question unclear results, challenge weak definitions, and form your own view based on the data.
Important questions should be followed from the initial analysis to a verified conclusion. Where a change is justified, you will help implement it and measure its effect.
The role requires initiative, persistence, and responsibility for outcomes. It does not require permanent availability. We assess work based on its quality, reliability, and business impact rather than time spent online.
You will receive support while taking responsibility for your own areas of analysis. You will have room to improve existing methods and introduce better approaches.
Equal Opportunity
We welcome applications from all qualified candidates. Hiring decisions are based on skills, potential, and suitability for the role.
