Tasks
- Work directly with the founders
- Execute strategic and business-critical projects that support our strong growth independently
- Analyze business processes to identify efficiency gains and implement improvement opportunities
- Support processes across all of filu's business units, including finance, IT, strategy, and operations, giving you a holistic understanding of startup management

Requirements
- Student/Graduate of a top-tier university with an interest in the multi-billion pet care/healthcare industry (look it up, it's huge)
- Enthusiasm, analytical problem-solving skills, and motivation to help shape an early-stage company from the start
- Initial experience in a challenging, dynamic work environment (consulting, investment banking, VC & PE, high-growth venture or consumer products industry) is a plus (we want to see that you can push yourself)
- Solid German language skills are required at this stage of the company
