As a freelance handyman in our small team, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including general repairs, routine maintenance, and occasional landscaping duties.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, fixing minor electrical issues, and maintaining the structural integrity of the property.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential safety hazards or maintenance needs throughout the property.
• Assist with ensuring that facilities are in good condition for guests.
• Maintain the grounds by performing tasks such as landscaping, and cleaning outdoor areas to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
• Collaborate with management to prioritise and address urgent repair needs, ensuring minimal disruption to guest services.

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of various maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Self employed or Ltd company with Basic DBS check and own insurance.
