We are looking for an Account Manager - IT Software to join our team in Europe to develop the Germany’s market. He/she will be responsible for building up the relationship with customers to generate big opportunities and co-ordinate with other departments, e.g. Delivery, Center of Excellence, Marketing, etc. to deliver proposals/projects to customers. He/she will be responsible for taking care of customers, growing revenue, and offering new Technologies Services.
Aufgaben
- Drive Digital Transformation topics, Cloud, SAP, Data & AI, Modernization discussions with customers, and have responsibility for the overall sales cycle and GTM plan
- Grow business and relationships
- Manage day-to-day interactions with key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities, present capabilities/services, and close contracts with potential customers to bring revenue to the company
- Manage, develop, and negotiate contracts and come up with quotations
- Lead the sales and new client acquisition effort
- Work with related departments to ensure contracts and services are delivered as crafted and meet the customers’ requirements
Qualifikation
- Have at least 8 years of experience in Sales IT Services, or related
domain - Experience in selling Digital Transformation, SAP/ERP, Cloud, Analytics, Lowcode and Automation services, etc. would be an advantage
- Strong personal networks in the enterprise space
- Experience of working with international companies
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer
experiences - Open to travel
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
