In doing so, we manage camp infrastructure, including power generation, water supply, and sanitation in a wide variety of environments.

We are looking for you - a Warehouse and Purchasing Manager with a background in catering who oversees the procurement, inventory, and logistics flow management to ensure quality, safety, and continuity of food service operations. They negotiate and manage food and non-food purchasing in compliance with budget constraints, regulations, and sustainability objectives.

## Tasks

**Purchasing and procurement**

*   Identify needs for food products, consumables, and equipment.
*   Prepare tenders and manage supplier relationships.
*   Place purchase orders in accordance with internal procedures and public procurement rules.
*   Monitor deliveries and control the quality and quantity of incoming goods.
*   Contribute to the development and implementation of responsible purchasing policies.

**Logistics and stock management**

*   Organize the reception, storage, and distribution of food products and equipment (Stock file).
*   Ensure traceability and compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
*   Optimize stock management (rotation, inventories, monitoring of use-by/best-before dates).
*   Supervise logistics flows between different sites (FIFO).
*   Plan delivery routes and ensure maintenance of logistics equipment.

**Budget management and reporting**

*   Develop and monitor purchasing and logistics budgets.
*   Analyze costs and consumption, proposing optimization strategies.
*   Establish dashboards and performance indicators (food cost ratio, service rate, stock turnover, etc.).

**Team management and coordination**

*   Supervise logistics staff (storekeepers, drivers, delivery personnel, receiving agents).
*   Coordinate actions with kitchen, quality, maintenance, and management teams.
*   Train and raise awareness among staff on hygiene, safety, and management best practices.

## Requirements

*   A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistics, purchasing, management, or collective catering.
*   Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, or collective catering. Proven experience in management and negotiation preferred.
*   Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with catering, the food consumption process and BBD management.
*   The candidate must have a passport from a NATO country and eligible to work in the EU 
*   Proficient in stock management and ERP systems.
*   Knowledge of HACCP standards and public procurement regulations.
*   Experience or certifications with the ISO 22000 Standard.
*   Good understanding of food products and the catering supply chain.
*   Strong analytical and cost optimization skills.
*   Rigorous, organized, and proactive.
*   Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
*   Leadership and teamwork skills.
*   Reactive and adaptable under pressure.
