Overview:
Extropy is seeking a dynamic and strategic Change Management Consultant to lead both internal and client-facing change initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working, supporting Extropy’s internal operations and driving transformation programs for our clients across various industries, including those with complex compliance needs such as SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing organizational change in digital transformation projects and excels in translating business impact into actionable plans that promote engagement, alignment, and behavioral change. This individual will work cross-functionally with Extropy team leads, delivery pods, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and measurable adoption outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
External Change Management (Client-Facing):
Develop and lead comprehensive change management strategies tailored to each client’s transformation program—covering system adoption, process redesign, and organizational alignment.
Support implementation efforts for financial systems like Basware, NetSuite, and similar platforms across procurement, AP, and compliance-related workflows.
Guide clients through SOX-compliant transformations, as well as change initiatives subject to other industry regulations such as HIPAA (healthcare), ISO 27001 (data security), or GDPR (data privacy).
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments to inform training plans, change readiness activities, and communication strategies.
Establish and manage change champion networks within client organizations to support localized adoption and feedback loops.
Internal Change Management (Extropy-Focused)
Design and lead change efforts related to Extropy’s own evolving delivery model (e.g., pod structures, new services, tools, or internal systems).
Collaborate with department heads and delivery leaders to identify internal enablement needs, training gaps, and cultural shifts required to sustain operational excellence.
Support communication and rollout plans for internal systems changes (e.g., Asana workflows, time tracking, knowledge management, and internal SOPs).
Partner with HR and the Director of Professional Services to develop onboarding, upskilling, and change readiness resources for team members.
