___WHAT YOU WILL DO___  

* Analysing and evaluating the performance data, providing action plans and implementing most suitable optimisations
* Analyze and interpret campaign data, drawing actionable insights to optimize performance
* Management and optimisation of our Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising SEA campaigns in accordance with the given targets and group strategy
* Taking full responsible for the SEA campaigns (Search, PMax Shopping, Display) for the the assigned markets
* Budgeting, forecasting, and identifying SEA targets for growth of acquisition, efficiency, visibility and traffic
* Propose and manage tests to grow the channel
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives

___WHAT YOU BRING IN___  

* Minimum 2 years of professional experience in online marketing business (SEM)
* Demonstrated experience in setting up and managing Google Ads for e-commerce
* Fluent English is a must, knowledge of other European language will be a huge asset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
* You are a team player with excellent analytical and communication skills, well organised and detailed-oriented
* You learn quickly and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a growth mindset and able to deliver against moving targets and goals
