**Sales Manager (m/f/d)** **Protective Coatings**

for the Bavaria / Baden-Wuerttemberg region.

## Tasks

*   Taking responsibility for business development within the defined region mainly in the field of protective coatings.
*   Support and development of existing key accounts and acquisition of new customers.
*   Observing, recording and analysing the market and competitive information in order to develop successful business strategies.

## Requirements

*   Experience in the coatings business, preferably in sales.
*   Good understanding of customer needs and strong acquisition skills.
*   Ideally already achieved success in increasing sales and market share.
*   Good organisational skills and willingness to travel.
*   Strong communication skills and a good command of written and spoken English.
*   Residence in the region Bavaria / Baden-Wuerttemberg is needed
