Role Overview:
Sales / Account Manager will play a key role in managing client relationships, onboarding new clients, and driving business growth. This position requires a deep understanding of the payments industry, excellent client management skills, and the ability to represent the company at industry events.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, including documentation and compliance requirements.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote services and acquire new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the payments industry.
- Proven experience in client management, onboarding, and support.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for fintech and payments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel for conferences and industry events.
- Fluency in English is required; Native Russian is required.
