Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Python Backend Developer to join our team. While FastAPI experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with strong backgrounds in other Python frameworks such as Flask or Django. The ideal candidate will have experience with task queue and messaging systems like Celery and RabbitMQ, and a solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Work with asynchronous task queues (e.g., Celery) and messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ).
• Optimize and refactor existing codebases for performance and scalability.
• Apply best practices in software architecture and design patterns.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in development and production environments.
• Write clear and maintainable documentation.

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend or fullstack development using Python.
• Experience with FastAPI (preferred), or Flask/Django.
• Proficient with Celery and RabbitMQ.
• Familiar with Redis and other caching mechanisms.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Comfortable with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
