We opened our very first offline location and for that we are currently looking for __1 Restaurant Manager to support us during July only!__  

Type of employment: Short-term, from 10 to 30 hours/week for 1 month, ideally freelance based. You will lead the store operations on a daily basis, serve our delicious meals to all clients and ensure you provide excellent customer service.  

## Main Responsibilities

* Preparing our meals in the restaurant and maximizing customer satisfaction
* Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
* Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
* Coordinating daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
* Responsible for shift planning and compliance
* Establishing and improving processes
* Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

## Requirements

* You will be working in a new and fun team, so we are looking for someone that takes full ownership for the store and makes sure the restaurant runs smoothly. We will also highly appreciate feedback on the operations, improvement suggestions … new ideas are always welcome!
* You are going to be working directly with customers, so previous customer-facing experience will be positively taken into consideration
* Your availabilities should be around the following store opening hours: Monday-Friday from 10am to 4pm. Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm. It’s highly appreciated if you have flexibility in your schedule, we will pay every extra hour.
* Languages: English mandatory, German preferred
