We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 & AI Solution Architect to drive the design and delivery of enterprise-scale business applications powered by Microsoft technologies and Artificial Intelligence.
This position combines deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Azure cloud architecture, and modern AI technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining technical strategies, designing integrated business solutions, and embedding Generative AI and Copilot capabilities into enterprise applications.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and technical specialists, providing architectural direction and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
Lead the architecture and technical design of complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, ensuring alignment with enterprise requirements.
Define scalable solution architectures across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), CRM, and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, and external enterprise applications.
Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies within business applications, leveraging Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot.
Design and implement AI-powered capabilities that enhance CRM processes, automate business activities, and improve customer and user experiences.
Integrate intelligent automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI Builder.
Explore and implement advanced AI solutions, including custom AI agents and intelligent business workflows.
Establish architectural standards, technical governance, and best practices across development and implementation teams.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers, consultants, and solution delivery teams.
Translate complex business requirements into technical architectures, solution blueprints, and implementation strategies.
Oversee application security, data governance, performance optimization, scalability, and compliance.
Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and design discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
Define and maintain application lifecycle management (ALM), deployment, and release management strategies.
12+ years of overall IT experience, including substantial experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and enterprise application delivery.
Extensive hands-on and architectural experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / CRM.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure.
Practical experience integrating AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
Strong understanding and implementation experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, and AI Builder.
Experience integrating AI-driven capabilities into Dynamics 365 and business process automation solutions.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, REST/SOAP APIs, Web APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
Development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 customization.
Strong understanding of enterprise solution architecture, security frameworks, governance, and application lifecycle management.
Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage architectural decisions, and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect certification.
Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification.
Microsoft Azure AI Engineer or Azure Solutions Architect certification.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the development of custom AI agents.
Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures and advanced Generative AI implementations.
Experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation and AI adoption initiatives.
Familiarity with emerging Microsoft AI technologies and their integration into business application ecosystems.
