## Tasks

*   **You manage structural and process changes & growth**
*   **You help your team guide the customers through onboarding and product implementation, constantly looking at process improvements.**
*   **You takeover the responsibility for new Merchants after they signed with everstox and ensure a smooth onboarding to the everstox platform**
*   **You create and execute onboarding & implementation plans for new Merchants incl. dashboard configuration**
*   **You facilitate the communication between Merchants and Logistics Partners**
*   **You work closely with the product team for technical questions**
*   **You recognize the needs of our Customers and search for solutions ensuring customer happiness**

## Requirements

*   **You have a strong academic & professional background in a business related field**
*   **You have 3-5 years experience in Customer Success / Implementation department in a high-growth SaaS environment**
*   **You develop & coach your team and be passionate about helping others to achieve their goals!**
*   **You are solution-focused and have a technical understanding**
*   **You are self-motivated, structured and strive to solve problems accurately and effectively**
*   **You are open-minded and enjoy working in a dynamic environment**
*   **You are fluent in German and English (speaking & writing skills)**
