We are looking for an exceptional

Operations Manager (w/m/d)

What happens in rental creation? 

Everphone does not sell phones but rents them out as a service. Thus, we don’t charge the user with a flat price (like e-commerce stores do) but instead, a rental profile needs to be created. This rental profile includes all the relevant information to invoice the customer for the right time and right amount.

What you'll do:

* supervising the automated rental creation process,
* creating and ending rentals manually that can’t be uploaded automatically,
* prepare invoicing for contract fees,
* work together with the Business Development team to change rentals based on customer information,

What you’ll need:

* confident handling of MS Office and Google Workspace,
* attention to detail and high quality in your everyday work,
* great organizational skills and a hands-on mentality,
* initial professional experience - we’re also open for career changers,
* fluency in English, German skills are a plus,
