No-Code Automation Specialist (m/f/d)

As a No-Code Automation Specialist (m/f/d), you will gradually take ownership of automation workflows while learning from experienced team members.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing, building, and maintaining automation workflows using Make.com or n8n
• Supporting the analysis of business processes and identifying automation opportunities
• Implementing integrations between tools, platforms, and APIs
• Writing and maintaining simple to advanced scripts (e.g., Python or PHP) with guidance
• Assisting in integrating AI tools and services into automation workflows
• Monitoring, testing, and improving existing automations
• Creating and maintaining clear documentation for workflows and processes
• Collaborating closely with your team and learning best practices for scalable automation

• First hands-on experience or strong practical knowledge of Make.com or n8n
• Basic to intermediate skills in Python or PHP (learning mindset is key)
• Interest in APIs, automation logic, and business processes
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Motivation to learn, grow, and take responsibility over time
• Structured and reliable working style
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback
• Fluent English skills (German is a plus, not required)

• Entry-Level Position with Full Training:
  You will be fully onboarded and trained by our team during the first 4–6 weeks. We will guide you step by step and make sure you feel confident working with our tools, workflows, and processes.
