Full-Stack Developer (TypeScript / Flutter / React) (m/f/d) in Kosova

EverHype Systems GmbH is a technology-driven company specializing in innovative process solutions and digital transformation. Founded in 2020 in Fulda, Germany, we support medium-sized businesses by replacing outdated workflows with smart, automated software solutions.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d) to join our growing, international team. You will work on modern web and application projects, combining powerful TypeScript backends with intuitive frontend and mobile solutions built with React and/or Flutter.

• Design, develop, and maintain modern backend services using TypeScript, ideally with NestJS or ExpressJS
• Build and integrate frontend and/or mobile applications using React and/or Flutter
• Design, implement, document, and optimize RESTful APIs using Swagger / OpenAPI
• Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and other developers in an agile environment
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices
• Use GitLab for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and project management
• Analyze existing systems and processes, identify optimization potential, and implement scalable solutions
• Actively contribute ideas to improve architecture, performance, and user experience

Professional Experience

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in software development
• Strong experience in TypeScript backend development
• Experience as a Full-Stack Developer is highly desirable

Technical Skills

• Solid knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and backend frameworks such as NestJS or ExpressJS
• Experience with React and/or Flutter (web and/or mobile development)
• Experience designing and documenting REST APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI)
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitLab)
• Understanding of modern software architecture, testing, and deployment practices

Soft Skills

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High motivation to learn new technologies and continuously improve
• Passion for clean code, scalable solutions, and user-focused development

Language Skills

• Good to very good English skills, both written and spoken
• German skills are a plus, but not required
