We are looking for you as a Regional Manager (f/m/d)\* as soon as possible in our __Hamburg Headquarters__. You will oversee and enhance the operations of our international franchise operations in countries like South Africa, Mauritius, Croatia, Hungary and Ireland or further markets to grow. ## Tasks, that let you grow

* As a Regional Manager (f/m/d)\* you will be in charge of the __development and extension of our international franchise activities in new and existing markets__ such as South Africa, Croatia, Hungary, Mauritius or Ireland.
* You will be responsible for __driving our sales performance__ by supporting our Licence partners within your reference sector.
* You are responsible for __accelerating the company's growth__ by identifying potential new licence partners and finally acquiring new licenses.
* You will __build strong partnerships with the license partners in your sector__ and become their first person to contact in matters like consulting, business development and contractual agreements.
* You ensure that each shop within your __region adheres to the company's standards__ and procedures, maintaining consistency and our corporate identity.
* You stay informed about __local market trends__ and developments to make strategic decisions that enhance the company's competitive edge.

## Your profile, that inspires us

* In previous positions in the commercial environment you were able to __prove a strong track record in achieving your targets__.
* Ideally you were already able to already gain __experience in the real estate market__ and came in __contact with a franchise business model__.
* You bring the ability to __develop and implement effective sales strategies__, as well as negotiation and closing competences to drive regional growth.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities characterize you and help you handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
* Availability to __travel approximately once every quarter__ in order to strengthen the business relationships in the countries.
* You demonstrate __very good communication skills in English__, every other language is a plus.
