To support our __Platform Team__ at the __Hamburg headquarters__, we are looking for you as a __full-time (40 hours) Intern (f/m/d)\* Platform & Security Operations for 6 months__ with immediate effect. As an Intern in the field of Platform & Security Operations, you'll work alongside the Platform and Engineering teams, gaining hands-on experience while helping to enhance and secure our Cloud infrastructure. 

## Tasks that let you grow

* Assistance on the __design__ and __implementation__ of __scalable__ and __secure Cloud Architecture__ using Infrastructure as a Code.
* __Conduction of security audits__ (Pentest activities) and implementation of following security solutions to strengthen the protection of our Cloud infrastructure.
* __Performance__ monitoring of __Cloud systems__ and suggestion continuous improvements.
* Participation in __incident resolutions__ and __cost optimization efforts__, including the collaboration with engineering teams to optimize application resource consumption.

## Your skills, that inspire us

* __Active studies__ in the field of Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
* __Basic knowledge__ of the __Google Cloud Platform__ (or similar) as well as a __strong interest__ in __cybersecurity challenges__ and __DevSecOps activities__.
* Self-driven, with the ability to build and manage tools to address potential cyber security threats.
* __Good communication skills in English__.
* Bonus: Can you beat our CTO’s score of 1290 points on Root-Me?
