Digital Content Coordinator

We are looking for a well-organized, digitally fluent individual to coordinate sponsored online content and support our clients through every step of their digital campaigns. If you're detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about local community media, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for online content clients, ensuring smooth communication and support
• Coordinate the scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking of paid content across our digital channels
• Assist clients in choosing and customizing content packages aligned with their goals
• Ensure all digital materials are accurate, timely, and meet brand standards
• Maintain up-to-date records of client communications, content placements, and billing
• Deliver responsive, professional customer service and resolve client queries efficiently

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in client services such as sales, content coordination, or digital media
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish a strong plus)
• Comfortable working with content management systems, online platforms, and digital tools
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects at once
• Positive, proactive attitude and a client-first mindset
• Legal eligibility to work in Spain
• Must be based on the Costa del Sol
