Aufgaben

Identify and develop new business opportunities while building a strong, sustainable network within the energy and clean energy solutions sector.

Conduct high-quality initial meetings, analyse client needs in depth, and translate insights into compelling, value-driven solution proposals.

Strategically position our portfolio in the energy market and present customised concepts, market studies, and consulting services to corporate clients.

Structure, optimise, and professionalise sales processes within the Energy business unit, creating scalable workflows that support long-term growth.

Further develop the Energy sales strategy by defining clear objectives, KPIs, and budget and revenue targets, and ensure their implementation in a transparent, data-driven manner.

Provide functional leadership to the sales team, coach colleagues throughout the entire sales process, and foster a performance-oriented, collaborative, and appreciative sales culture.

Ideally leverage an existing network and/or initial client contacts within the energy sector, using these relationships strategically to accelerate and expand our sales activities.

Qualifikation

Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on sales or business administration.

7+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within complex, consultancy-driven services in the energy or sustainability sector.

Demonstrated leadership experience, combined with the motivation and ability to lead and inspire a sales team.

Previous responsibility for budgets and revenue, or a strong willingness to assume this responsibility in a senior role.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong closing mindset, a structured approach to work, and a high level of reliability and professionalism.

Excellent command of German (written and spoken) is essential; business-fluent English is required. Additional European languages are a plus.

Benefits

Individual target agreements and attractive, performance-based bonuses that clearly reflect and reward your achievements.

A wide range of professional and personal development opportunities, including tailored training and continuous learning.

Attractive additional benefits such as a public transport ticket, meal vouchers, or a monthly gift card as a tax-free benefit in kind, subject to individual agreement.

A company pension scheme with regular adjustments to support your long-term financial security, as well as supplementary company health insurance for enhanced healthcare coverage—both available after successful completion of the probationary period.

Regular team and after-work events that foster collaboration, team spirit, and a strong sense of belonging.
