Tasks

As a sales analyst / SDR, you'll work closely with our Growth Team to scale our outreach and lead generation strategies. Your mission:

  • Identify and engage with potential customers via LinkedIn, email and other digital channels
  • Launch and optimize scalable outreach campaigns
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms and events, in close coordination with Sales
  • Operate and maintain automation and outreach tools
  • Develop compelling messaging, positioning, and social selling initiatives aligned with the customer journey
  • Continuously refine our ICP and buyer personas through market research
  • Grow and manage our marketing prospect database to support nurturing campaigns
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Operations to align on goals (OKRs), performance tracking, and process optimization

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Initial experience in lead generation, outbound campaigns, or digital marketing - ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
  • Experience with outreach tools
  • Strong understanding of outbound automation and scalable campaign processes
  • Interest in (or experience with) using AI tools for campaign and lead management
  • Structured thinker with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; German is a plus
