Technical Co-Founder (Music Distribution Venture)

Hey there! We're Epsilon Records, a boutique indie electronic dance music label based in Amsterdam. We're all about that underground techno vibe and growing organically through grassroots methods. Our mission revolves around consistency, persistence, and innovation, and we pride ourselves on knowing our artists personally. Right now, we're on the lookout for a Technical Co-Founder to join our small but passionate team of 1-10 people. • Develop and maintain the core technology platform for music distribution
• Collaborate with artists to understand their needs and integrate feedback into tech solutions
• Manage and oversee the technical team, ensuring project milestones are met
• Implement scalable systems for music streaming, sales, and analytics
• Stay updated with the latest music technology trends and introduce innovative solutions to keep us ahead in the game

• Experience with Web Design, Graphic Design, CSS, TailwindCSS, Svelte, SvelteKit, TypeScript, Vite, ESLint, Typography, i18n, a11y, REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Unit Testing with Jest, and UX Design principles with Storybook.
• Must have a deep passion for electronic dance music and a solid understanding of the techno scene.
• Proven experience in music distribution, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills, including familiarity with music technology and distribution platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive the label's growth and support our artists.
