Investor Relations Associate

Sustainly Ventures is a leading investment firm supporting companies at the forefront of climate technology innovation. Our fund operates as a venture studio, providing strategic guidance and resources to help these companies thrive and significantly impact the industry.

We're hiring an Investor Relations Associate to work with the firm's LPs. The person will be crucial in raising capital for venture capital funds, building and maintaining relationships with investors, and contributing to our firm's overall growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to investor requests and interfacing with clients, prospects, and consultants
• Assist with prospecting by helping to identify relevant target investors through canvas of databases and information in the public domain
• Opportunity to engage with investors and consultants both domestically and globally
• Develop and design pitchbooks, presentations, reports, and marketing collateral
• Support day-to-day operations, including CRM (Backstop)
• Set up new investor files and confirm AML compliance
• Proofreading/editing of client communications

Qualifications:

• An undergraduate degree
• 1-4 years of experience in Investor Relations
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs, specifically PowerPoint
• Creativity, design, and branding experience is preferred
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, strong initiative and organizational skills
• Proactive, self-starter, able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Unquestionable integrity and ethics
• Sensitivity to confidential matters and maintaining a professional demeanor
