Build the network foundations of a European cloud, without corporate theater.
At enum, we're building our own European cloud platform on our own hardware. Not a thin wrapper around hyperscalers, not "clickops", not a Terraform skin on someone else's platform. We design, operate, and continuously improve the full stack: compute, Kubernetes, storage, and networking.
We're looking for a Senior Huawei Network Engineer to support us sporadically, project-based, on demand. This is not a full-time or part-time role. Think: focused deep work when there's a design decision, rollout, migration, or gnarly incident to solve.
We agree on a minimum project scope and a minimum monthly billing to keep collaboration efficient.
You'll work directly with the founder (Max) and the core engineering team.
Design and review datacenter network architecture and changes
Implement and troubleshoot Huawei-based networking in production

Help us make decisions that scale and don't collapse later under entropy.
This is not a "network tickets" gig
We’re not looking for someone to babysit ports or follow runbooks all day.
We need a system thinker who can go from requirements to design to implementation to stable ops.
