Now, we’re looking for a **hands-on eCommerce and Growth Lead** to take us from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands in monthly sales

## Tasks

You’ll own the digital revenue engine — from Shopify CRO and Klaviyo flows to influencer programs and paid strategy. You’ll join a founder-led business that’s growing fast, supported by Bifrost Studios operators and backed by real traction. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for a growth marketer who thrives on both strategy and execution.

**What You’ll Do:**

*   Lead CRO and Shopify optimization to maximize conversion and AOV
*   Build high-performing Klaviyo email/SMS automations
*   Oversee agency performance (Google, Meta) and ROAS tracking
*   Launch and execute influencer/affiliate campaigns (TikTok, YouTube)
*   Manage creative output for new product launches and campaigns
*   Experiment relentlessly — from pricing to UX to retention strategies

## Requirements

**Who You Are:**

*   Early to mid-career growth marketer with 2–5 years of eCommerce experience
*   Expert in Shopify, Klaviyo, and data-driven optimization
*   Comfortable managing agencies while executing directly
*   Scrappy, analytical, and outcomes-focused — you like owning revenue goals
*   Outdoor industry or adventure brand experience a strong plus
