As a Conversational Design Expert, you will:

• Evaluate client requirements.
• Create process flows from client briefing.
• Analyse and structure conversational data.
• Manage and translate content.
• Create AI knowledge bases for our bots without coding.
• Provide error and solution analyses ensuring that high accuracy is met.
• Communicate progress and challenges to key stakeholders within the company and with external partners.
• Work collaboratively with other data teams to identify and refine key data science problems and challenges.
• Do other random stuff that gets thrown at you in real start-up manners.

• Native language skills in German (ideally Swiss German) and high proficiency in English. Proficiency in French and/or Italian would be appreciated.
• Strong analytical abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail in terms of language and ensuring good data quality.
• Personable with internal and external stakeholders alike.
• Curiosity and ability to learn about and work with new topics.
• Ability to work independently and to efficiently manage your tasks and time.
