We are looking for a collaborative **trading operations expert** **(f/m/x)** who wants to design the best customer experience with our augmented traders and software engineers. ## Tasks

**stand for the best customer experience**

as part of our handpicked team of experts, you

*   are the first point of contact for already existing customers,
*   take part in the onboarding of new customers,
*   understand the requirements of each grid operator in terms of nomination format and deadlines
*   make sure power is flowing the right way and all after-trade processes are working,
*   lead the registration process and technical setup in new markets,
*   coordinate with other internal communities (augmented trading, IT, finance) to create the best customer experience
*   optimise and automate processes,
*   and discover and eliminate operational risk.

## Requirements

**how you fit into the team**

you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively, and

*   have at least 3 years of experience in a similar operational role in short-term power markets
*   value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom,
*   preferably bring some coding experience,
*   have a background in either business, IT, natural sciences, or similar,
*   have great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset,
*   are decisive and able to use your own initiative in dealing with operational problems
*   are fluent in English, other languages are a plus
*   have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality,
*   and you are a curious person with a good sense of humour.
