as part of our “growth” team, you evolve early-stage ideas into strategic growth initiatives and you will prepare the ground for others. you focus on cutting-edge intraday trading use cases like battery storage, vehicle2grid, virtual power plants, etc. your critical insights will be used for strategic positioning and business model decisions.

as part of our handpicked team of experts, you drive our expansion strategy by identifying and ensuring future revenue streams. using a data-driven approach we expect you to:

• gather, review, and analyze data to drive our expansion strategy for new services, new partners, new regions, and new business models,
• work as part of the business development team to generate a forward-looking perspective based on data-driven solutions,
• obtain performance forecast based on enspired proprietary trading technology,
• research and report on regulations and policies in markets of interest,
• create a comprehensive reporting structure to help others understand business and market performance,

• detect trends and formulate strategic responses

  Requirements

you want to participate in the transition to clean energy and

• have a good understanding of energy-related topics (energy markets, market regulations, revenue streams, etc.)
• have very good analytical skills combined with the ability to take initiative and turn data into solutions.
• impress with your Excel skills and have worked with other tools like PowerBI before
• are passionate about the future of the energy markets,
• have a business background or sound knowledge of business best practices,
• easily engage independently across the organization,
• are fluent in English, (other EU language is a plus)
• value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom,
• are a curious person with a good sense of humor
