are you passionate about the energy transition and naturally curious about power markets? We are looking for a collaborative product expert (f/m/x) who will serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for a specific product or range of products within the company's portfolio. You will be responsible for understanding the product inside and out, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and effectively communicating product features and benefits to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various departments such as asset optimization, marketing, sales, and trading operations to ensure the success of the product.

• develop a deep understanding of the product(s), including its features, functionalities and target market,
• articulate product features and benefits clearly and effectively to internal teams, customers, partners, and other stakeholders,
• conduct product training sessions for internal teams, including sales, trading operations, and other relevant departments, to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to effectively promote and support the product,
• provide support to the sales team by assisting with product demonstrations, participating in client meetings, and addressing customer inquiries related to the product,
• stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth,
• create and maintain product documentation, including FAQs, and technical specifications, to assist internal teams with product usage and troubleshooting, and
• collaborate with asset optimization and sales to provide insights and feedback gathered from customers and internal stakeholders to guide product roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• have experience in a similar role in the energy industry,

• are fluent in English, German and other languages are a plus,
• are detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment,
• can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization,
• are interested in the power industry, power trading and artificial intelligence, and
• and you are a curious person with a good sense of humour.
