we are seeking a results-driven chief of staff (f/m/x) to ensure that our strategic priorities are understood and executed across all areas of the organization. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO and leadership team to drive the implementation of our strategy, monitor progress, and facilitate effective communication with all stakeholders. Your ability to challenge the status quo, maintain transparency, and deliver results will be critical in achieving our objectives.

to ensure that our strategy is executed across the organisation, you are delivering on the following results:

• achieved employee comprehension of our strategy through clear communication and accessible documentation for all employees,
• generated data-driven go-to-market strategies, resulting in successful market entries with comprehensive spreadsheets for all new geographical markets,
• successfully executed priorities in alignment with our strategy, ensuring all strategic objectives and tasks were consistently delivered to drive progress,
• established a comprehensive company dashboard featuring all pertinent metrics, ensuring transparent progress tracking towards strategy execution,
• consistently conducted highly participative leadership meetings, indicating efficient meeting management and alignment with organizational objectives,
• achieved professional management of the advisory board process, ensuring that advisory board slides and documentation are consistently available in compliance with governance standards, and,
• guaranteed consistent communication to all potential investors and shareholders.

Requirements

you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively and

• have at least 10 years of experience,
• have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position (e. g. COO),
• you have a degree in Business Administration or a similar field,
• have a proven track record of working in a leadership position before,
• an analytical background e.g. Consulting is nice to have,
• enjoy working in a scale-up environment,
• your social and communication skills are exceptional,
• are used to work in a cross-functional position,
• have an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on mentality,
• are fluently speaking English, German is nice to have
• live preferably in or close to Vienna or are open to travel to Vienna on a regular basis (50% on-site),
• identify with, live and breathe the enspired culture, and
• are a curious person with a good sense of humour.
