Tasks

  • Provide full administrative and organizational support to the CEO, management, and wider team
  • Act as a central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders in German and English
  • Handle travel planning and coordination, including bookings, itineraries, and documentation
  • Organize and manage calendars, meetings, and appointments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operationsDraft, review, and manage emails, and follow up on cross-company contractsMaintain filing systems and ensure efficient document management

Requirements

Completed KV education or equivalent commercial diploma

Fluent in German (minimum level C1 required, both written and spoken)

At least 2 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
