## Tasks

*   Collaborate with Product Manager, UX Designer, Data Engineers and peers to understand business requirements and shape exciting new product features
*   Participate in technical design discussions to challenge and propose alternate approaches
*   Be responsible and develop best-in-class web applications end-to-end (front-end, APIs, data pipelines), which are scalable, fast and robust
*   Test, debug, monitor and actively support our applications, APIs and data pipelines

## Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in all listed areas, but we will interview candidates with related experience with a track record of learning new technologies.

*   Experience with algorithms and data structures
*   Strong experience in web development, including API and performance optimization
*   **Experience with a JavaScript framework, with a strong preference for React**
*   **Experience in backend development with Node.js, TypeScript**
*   Experience in relational databases and optimization
*   Experience in building data pipelines using big data technologies, such as Spark

**_Nice-to-have skills:_**

*   _Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies_
*   _Knowledge of several Amazon Web Services_
*   _Knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo federation_
*   _Experience with Java Spring Boot development_

**Our recruitment process**

We have a 4 steps recruitment process at Enova:

*   A first interview by video conference TEAMS, to get to know each other, check your soft and hard skills and understand more about Enova and our activities.
*   If you are shortlisted, the second interview is as well by video conference teams or face2face to meet other people, in general the manager managing the client business relations and know more about the collaboration.
*   After getting all the different information to have a Enova-consultant collaboration, we organize a meeting and/or a technical interview with the client technical team
*   If we see each other working together in an Enova collaboration we present you during a last interview the contract that ye want to propose, ideally in our office.

During this recruitment process, we communicate by phone and by mail and we can invite you to meet our teams in our office or the client's team of course. 

For the technical positions and opportunities at Enova we want to focus your attention on the importance of the technical online test we are sending you to evaluate your level on your programming skills for instance.
